Walking distance to the power and light district. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Comfortable sleeping quarters.

Our room A/c was not working properly so they asked us if we wanted to move rooms. We were already settled in our room so I asked if they had a box fan. They brought one up right away and we were very comfortable after that.

I really loved the quality service Peggy was the nicest she even sang to us at Monday morning breakfast. She was so sweet to my kids and helped us with the pancake machine. She deserves a raise best attitude overall cheerful and really brought a smile to my face. This was an all around great experience

close to our destination of the T-Mobile Arena, staff was super friendly, breakfast was good and the building was clean. Was able to walk around downtown area. No need to drive.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The breakfast was fine. Not very sophisticated but it had everything necessary. The pancake machine was excellent. Also the front desk was very gentle specially Nishi who attended all of our requests kindly.

The location was great in terms of being able to walk everywhere in the city! We came to town for a show at The Truman and walked there super comfortably! the staff was excellent too (shoutout to Tim at the front desk for his recommendations and great customer service and Mildred in the kitchen - she made breakfast so fun and she was so sweet!). The room was small, but we didn’t need much! It was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the tower buildings.

The staff were really friendly, the room and hotel in general were very clean. Great water pressure in the shower! (May not mean a lot to some, but I like it when the water pressure is strong. Haha) The location was great too. Very easy to get to Kauffman Stadium, and back to the hotel.
